I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a strong passion for fitness. My belief is that all clients can strive to optimize their health and fitness levels while trying new things and stepping out of their comfort zones. I take great pride in prioritizing fundamentals and foundational movements for people at all fitness levels - from beginners to seasoned athletes. When working together, we will use traditional weight room equipment, but will also incorporate unconventional tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, steel maces and clubs, and even bodyweight training. I’ve worked with people of all ages and experience levels, and I will customize your program to help you meet your personal fitness goals!
